Sun Lane Garage was purchased by the current owner, Richard Turner, in 1982. Initially, Richard operated the business as a repair garage and M.O.T test centre. After a few years used car sales were also introduced. Fourteen years ago Richard was joined by Mr Ian Goodall who is a Vauxhall specialist and M.O.T tester. Ian is now the workshop foreman and receptionist. In addition to two other vehicle technicians, Mr Steven Tinker has recently joined the company. Steven is well known as a Peugeot Master technician, who has worked in Wakefield for a number of years. This means Sun Lane Garage can now offer specialist repairs to the whole range of Peugeot vehicles.
